• Organize PM plans at an equipment calss level for enterprise-wide deployment
• Document your PM plans to codify & protect your know-how, enable customization & provide a basis for continuous improvement

Grounded in sound reliability engineering principles, our process teached you how to conduct FRANCAS-base PMO, which is driven by existing data, judgement-based PMO, which is based using the Delphi method to gather the collective wisdom of your experienced team in unbiased manner, & the RCM based approached, which is used sparingly. You'll also learn how to properly document PM's, create machine class standard for the enterprise deployment & manage change & innovation in the process.

In many insttances, we wind up spending less on preventive maintenance, but the tru objective of this corrse is to teach you how to make sure that every dollar you spend on preventive maintenance is improving reliability & creating financial value for your firm.
