The Center for Reliability Excellence (CRE) provides technical traning which is aimed at addressing operational goals directly and management goals in the long run. CRE is the implementing arm of the partnership between Kontraktwerke Inc. and industry-leading principal in machinery lubrication and oil analysis Noria Corporation in providing focused technical training of world-class quality to Filipino professionals in industrial maintenance and reliability.

CRE Philippines also tied-up with International Council Machinery Lubrication (ICML), a vendor-neutral, not-for-profit organization founded to facilitate growth and development of machine lubrication as a technical field of endeavor, and Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professional (SMRP), an independent, not-for-profit, professional society formed by practitioners, for practitioners. SMRP is dedicated to instilling excellence in M&R in all types of manufacturing and service organizations, and in promoting M&R excellence worldwide, to concretize the knowledge base of the Filipino practitioner thru international certifications.
